  1. Review the rating yourself or with your attorney
  2. Send to Expert Rating Company (www.askphilwalker.com)
  3. Write Dr. to correct rating
  4. Depose Dr. to correct rating
  5. File Motion to Strike and/or Trial Brief on Substantial Medical Evidence under Escobedo (California) or Trial Brief in Longshore Cases
